Quick and easy 2-Minute Chocolate Protein Mug Cake made without a blender.
Ingredients
Scale
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp Greek yogurt or mashed banana
1/4 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Mix dry ingredients in mug
2. Add wet ingredients and stir
3. Fold in chocolate chips
4. Microwave 60-90 seconds
5. Cool briefly and enjoy
Notes
Do not overcook. Start with 60 seconds and adjust.
