A quick, no-bake Christmas treat made with layers of chocolate, crushed candy canes, and festive sprinkles. Perfect for gifting or dessert platters.
Ingredients
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups white chocolate chips
½ cup crushed candy canes
2 tbsp holiday sprinkles
¼ tsp peppermint extract (optional)
Instructions
1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Melt semi-sweet chocolate and spread evenly.
3. Chill for 10 minutes.
4. Melt white chocolate and add peppermint extract.
5. Spread over dark layer and add toppings.
6. Chill until firm, break into pieces, and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
Freeze up to 2 months with parchment between layers.
