Soft cinnamon sugar bread with sweet swirl and tender crumb.
Ingredients
Scale
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat oven
2. Mix dry ingredients
3. Cream butter and sugar
4. Add egg and wet ingredients
5. Combine with dry
6. Layer batter and cinnamon sugar
7. Swirl
8. Bake 50 to 60 minutes
9. Cool before slicing
