Ingredients
1 cup celery sticks
1 cup cucumber slices
1 cup sugar snap peas
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup spinach
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare and arrange vegetables on platter
2. Blend yogurt, mayo, spinach, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
3. Adjust seasoning
4. Place dip in bowl
5. Serve immediately or chill
Notes
Dip can be made 1 day ahead and refrigerated.
