Description
Sweet and savory crockpot root beer meatballs simmered in barbecue sauce.
Ingredients
Frozen fully cooked meatballs
Root beer
Brown sugar
Barbecue sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Cornstarch
Water
Instructions
1. Add meatballs to crockpot
2. Pour root beer, brown sugar, barbecue sauce, and Worcestershire sauce over top
3. Stir gently to combine
4. Cook on low 4 to 5 hours or high 2 to 3 hours
5. Mix cornstarch and water
6. Stir slurry into crockpot during last 30 minutes
7. Cook until sauce thickens and serve
Notes
Great for parties. Serve with toothpicks or over rice.
