Ingredients

▢ ½ cup + 1 tablespoon vegan semisweet chocolate chips
▢ 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

▢ ½ teaspoon granulated sugar

Instructions
1. In a 2-quart pot over medium heat, warm the plant-based milk. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
2. Add the vegan chocolate chips and continue stirring until fully melted, about 5–7 minutes.
3. Whisk in vanilla extract, peppermint extract, and sugar until well combined.
