Description

Fudgy heart-shaped brownies topped with creamy cheesecake and raspberry swirl—perfect for Valentine’s or any sweet celebration!


Ingredients

1 cup raspberries

1 tbsp granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

8 oz cream cheese

⅓ cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

½ tsp vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

¾ cup cocoa powder

¼ tsp salt

¾ + 2 tbsp cup coconut oil

1½ cups granulated sugar

1 tbsp vanilla extract

3 large eggs


Instructions

1. Simmer raspberries, sugar, and vanilla 5–8 minutes. Strain and cool.

2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until creamy.

3. Whisk flour, cocoa, and salt. In another bowl, mix oil, sugar, vanilla, and eggs.

4. Combine wet and dry mixtures until blended.

5. Spread brownie batter in pan, top with cheesecake, spoon raspberry sauce, and swirl.

6. Bake at 350°F for 30–35 minutes. Cool, chill 2 hours, then cut into hearts.

Notes

Use gluten-free flour if needed.

Chill before cutting for clean edges.

Store in fridge up to 5 days or freeze up to 2 months.
