Description
Sweet and savory Huli Huli Chicken with sticky Hawaiian glaze.
Ingredients
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Vegetable oil for greasing
Instructions
1. Heat sesame oil and sauté ginger and garlic
2. Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, ketchup, and paprika
3. Whisk cornstarch with water and thicken sauce
4. Reserve sauce and marinate chicken
5. Preheat and oil grill
6. Grill 5 to 7 minutes per side brushing sauce
7. Rest before serving

Marinate up to 4 hours for deeper flavor.
