Ingredients
Scale
1.5 cups peanut butter
0.5 cups unsalted butter
3.5 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp heavy cream
Pinch salt
2 cups chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
1. Mix peanut butter filling
2. Roll into balls
3. Chill
4. Melt chocolate
5. Dip buckeyes
6. Let set
