Ingredients
3 tbsp unflavored gelatin
2 cups granulated sugar
¾ cup corn syrup
½ cup water
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Powdered sugar and cornstarch for dusting
Instructions
1. Bloom gelatin in cold water.
2. Heat sugar, syrup, and water to 240°F.
3. Combine hot syrup with bloomed gelatin; whip until thick and glossy.
4. Add vanilla and mix until fluffy.
5. Pour into silicone rose molds; let set overnight.
6. Dust with powdered sugar and unmold gently.
Notes
Add rosewater for floral flavor.
Color with natural tints like beet juice or strawberry puree.
