Description
This melty cheesy garlic bread is buttery, garlicky, and loaded with gooey mozzarella and parmesan. Ready in under 20 minutes!
Ingredients
1 baguette or Italian loaf
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup grated parmesan
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
Pinch of salt
Optional: red pepper flakes or Italian seasoning
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Mix butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and parmesan.
3. Slice bread and spread mixture evenly.
4. Top with mozzarella and extra parmesan.
5. Bake 10–12 minutes until bubbly.
6. Broil 1–2 minutes for crisp top.
7. Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Assemble ahead and bake when ready.
Freeze up to 3 months.
