Description
Rich and creamy Mocha Hot Chocolate made with cocoa and espresso.
Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1–2 tbsp sugar or natural sweetener
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp instant espresso powder or 1/4 cup brewed coffee
1–2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Whipped cream and toppings optional
Instructions
1. Heat milk in saucepan
2. Whisk in cocoa and sweetener
3. Add vanilla and espresso
4. Stir in chocolate chips until melted
5. Pour into mug
6. Add toppings and serve
Notes
Adjust sweetness and coffee strength to taste. Best served warm.
