These easy No-Bake Protein Balls are ready in 10 minutes, packed with oats, nut butter, and chocolate chips. The perfect grab-and-go snack!
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup natural peanut butter
⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
½ cup vanilla protein powder
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Combine oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and salt.
2. Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla.
3. Mix until sticky and combined.
4. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Roll into balls and chill 15 minutes.
Notes
Store in fridge up to 1 week or freeze for 2 months.
