Ingredients

4 Low-Carb Tortillas
8 tablespoons Marinara Sauce
2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
20 slices Pepperoni
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet
2. Spread marinara evenly on tortillas
3. Add mozzarella cheese and pepperoni
4. Roll tortillas tightly and place seam side down
5. Brush with olive oil
6. Bake until golden and crisp
